The Deaf Queer Resource Centre (housed in the US) website is full of resources- including this section featuring video and text based coming out stories of queer deaf folks.
For a more local resource, check out ORAD (Ontario Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf)- they operate all over Ontario and they are building youth programs.
