Choosing to tell your parents
about yourself is an act of faith in them. People
will often live up to your expectations. How you
share this information can have a big influence
on what you get back. If you are caring and respectful
and expect them to be also, it will improve the
chances of a positive outcome. But even your best
efforts can’t always guarantee your family’s
understanding and acceptance. You can only do your
