We offer support over the phone every day (except Saturday) from 4pm to 9:30pm. Our volunteers are here to listen if you need to talk. You can call us toll free and it won't show up on you phone bill. TTY service is available.

Online Chat

If you don't feel ready to talk to someone on the phone, or if you just like online messaging better, you can chat with us by adding askus@youthline.ca to whatever instant messaging service you use. Our volunteers are here for online conversations every day (except Saturday) from 4pm to 9:30pm.

If you would rather collect your thoughts and questions in an email, or if you want to contact us outside the hours of our service you can send us an email: askus@youthline.ca. Our volunteers will reply to your email when the service opens again.
