Hugo Arias is a dreamer. Hugo is an optimist when the skies are at their greyest and a pessimist when the sun is too high up in the sky. Hugo is a firm believer that there is always more than one side to things, and to think otherwise is just plain ridiculous. Hugo was raised in a strict diet of sugary cereals and Saturday morning cartoons.... only because he considers noon to be part of the morning.
