Pamela Dodds is a painter and printmaker. She has received numerous grants and residencies including a generous Individual Support Grant from the Gottlieb Foundation in New York. Primarily she creates imagery that depicts poignant moments in our human relationships - the small, private struggles that we each experience, often as momentous challenges. Her work has been exhibited in Boston MA, Cleveland, OH and Toronto among other cities. Her new figurative woodcuts and linocuts exploring themes of intimacy and our relationship to the natural world are currently on exhibit at Open Studio Gallery at 401 Richmond St. West through November 28, 2009.
