Madame Hair is a Toronto based self taught artist. She is also a DJ, singer with The Garage Girls as well as puppeteer, actor and film maker. The work is centred around the absurdity, the beauty of imperfection & madness and love. She has several upcoming art shows: the first is on November 7th, 2009 @ The Press Club 850 Dundas St. W. The show is entitled "Leaving Las Vegas" a show about old showgirls. The show runs from November 7th to 30th, 2009. In May 2010 she is off to London, England once again to have a group show @ The Brick Lane Gallery.
