We provide prevention, education and support for 2-Spirit, including First Nations, metis and Inuit people. We base our work on indigenous philosophies of wholistic health and wellness.

Since 1987, ACCKWA has provided HIV support and prevention services in the Waterloo Region. We provide support to people living with HIV, community development services, education and outreach to key populations, clinical services, and a needle-syringe program.

Practical and emotional support and advocacy for persons living with HIV/AIDS including counselling and support groups for women, men and youth, vitamins and supplementary drugs, drop-in, clothing exchange, emergency child care, interpretation and translation, community kitchen * prevention, education and outreach — culturally sensitive HIV/AIDS workshops, events and activities in various languages for individuals, community groups and service providers, including ProjectM for Muslim girls and women 14-29 years * literature in 8 languages

HIV/AIDS, Hep C and Harm Reduction services. Our mission is to assist and support all people infected and/or affected by HIV/AIDS and/or Hepatitis C and to limit the spread of the viruses through education, outreach and treatment strategies. We service North Bay and area (from Moosonee to Parry Sound).

We provide:
– Counselling and support groups to discuss any concerns related to HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis C
– Needle exchange
– Harm reduction programs
– Health kits, consultation, and vaccinations
– Education and referral to other programs as needed

Our mission is to provide support, prevention, education and outreach services from an integrated anti-racism anti-oppression social justice framework that promotes the holistic wellbeing of those living with, affected by, impacted by and at risk of HIV/AIDS in Ottawa.

Support services including anonymous, confidential counselling for individuals, couples, and partners of individuals with HIV * case management and referral, buddy program, support groups, health and wellness programs * insurance benefits clinic * income tax clinic * weekly hot lunch programs — registration required * workshops, community forums and social support events.

ASAAP is committed to providing culturally responsive holistic health promotion and support services for people from South Asian and other related communities who are living with, at risk of, or affected by HIV and related health conditions.

Our programs and services are delivered in culturally appropriate ways while simultaneously challenging the discomfort many have in talking about sexuality and sexual health. We acknowledge the many social determinants of health and our work often overlaps with issues of racism, gender equity, housing, violence, mental health and employment. We are always learning, growing and building stronger partnerships with organizations and people.

Black CAP is an organization that works to reduce HIV/AIDS in Toronto’s Black, African and Caribbean communities and enhance the quality of life of Black people living with or aff­ected by HIV/AIDS. HIV/AIDS is spreading quickly in Toronto’s Black communities and we believe that our work is more important than ever.

To create safe, confidential, and inclusive spaces and services in York Region where people can access dignified support and meaningfully engage in self-determined pathways to well-being. We envision an informed, healthy, stigma-free and compassionate community. We offer specialized and combined programs for:

People living with HIV/AIDS (newly diagnosed to long-term survivors)
People affected by or at risk of HIV and Hep C
People who use drugs
People who identify as 2SLGBTQ+
People supporting vulnerable and marginalized community members
