The Health Centre offers Trans and Non-Binary Health Services. We also offer services like Anonymous HIV testing and the MyCare HIV treatment program. The Youth Outreach Worker team also serves a diverse population including youth who may identify and 2SLGBTQIA+ and can help connect clients to these programs and others.

MAX offers individual, group, and community support and education services for queer men, trans and non-binary people in the Ottawa region. Mental, physical, sexual, community health + harm reduction services and programs.

Provides primary healthcare to the residents of Niagara Falls along with health promotion programs and community development services including LGBTQ2+ Support. Patients have access to family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, a dietitian and social workers. There is also a Health Promotion team that provides community programs and outreach support. Open to the community.

Positive Youth Outreach (PYO) is a peer support program for young people (ages 16-29) living with HIV. It is coordinated by poz youth, for poz youth. The program includes weekly group programming, which includes workshops, social events, and leadership opportunities, as well as 1:1 peer support around issues such as sexual health, HIV status disclosure, navigating health and social assistance systems, and more. ACAS’ Youth Program strives to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) by providing culturally and linguistically appropriate education and outreach to East and Southeast Asian youths, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, queer, questioning (LGBTTQQ),curious or undecided youth, across Toronto. All our activities are based on a non-judgmental peer education approach.Queer Asian Youth (QAY) is an initiative of the ACAS Youth Program that has been providing social spaces, capacity development, and peer support for LGBTTQQ, curious and undecided East and Southeast Asian youths and their friends since 2000.

reachOUT is a creative, inclusive & accessible program for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, two-spirit, gender nonconforming and queer (LGBTTGNCQ) people in the Greater Toronto Area. In particular, we recognize the needs of youth and adults who experience multiple oppressions and work to create spaces with and for people who are traditionally excluded from mainstream services, including people of colour, trans, two-spirit and gender nonconforming people, and disabled people. We are committed to social justice, community building, education and advocacy to increase access, visibility and to strengthen our communities. As part of equitable representation, our staff team reflects the diversity of our queer, trans, two-spirit and gender non-conforming communities with the majority of our team members identifying as Black, Indigenous and people of colour. speqtrum is a program of YWCA Hamilton that is youth-founded and youth-oriented. speqtrum focuses on skill-sharing and community building for the Two Spirit and LGBTQIA+ community in Hamilton, ON. We aim to build community by offering a variety of programs and supports. We provide online one-on-one support through weekly Check-Ins, where speqtrum team members support participants through various situations in life. We also provide community-building opportunities through group events and skill-sharing workshops that help our community build capacity and advocate for change Recognizing we all have different interests, abilities, and comfort levels, speqtrum creates a variety of spaces to meet other like-minded Two Spirit and LGBTQIA+ folks.​

Supporting Our Youth (SOY), a program of Sherbourne Health, is a set of health promotion services and programming centered on supporting the health and wellbeing goals established by LGBT2SQ youth and young adults, many of whom are homeless, racialized and newcomers to Canada.

We support your goals, strengths, resourcefulness and success through a range of programs. We have a range of drop-in and community groups and events, including Black Queer Youth, Trans Fusion Crew, Express for Newcomers, and Intersections, which includes programming focused around art and health. We occasionally also have openings in our Internal Housing program, if you are in need of housing.

As part of our Goal Planning Service, we provide one-on-one support. Guided by your goals, we work with you to restore, maintain and improve your overall health and wellbeing.

We have five Youth Resource Workers/YRWs in our Goal Planning Service/GPS, each with a different focus:

YRW – Black Queer Youth
YRW – Newcomer & Refugee Youth
YRW – Trans & Non-Binary Youth
YRW – Internal Housing Program
YRW – Youth In Transition (youth who are or were involved in the Child Welfare System)
