OUT@UTM
The main purpose of this club is to increase awareness and knowledge about the 2SLGBTQ+ community at the UTM campus. This club wants to celebrate the accomplishments within the community both locally and internationally. We also want to hold places where we can discuss international and local issues, and what steps we can take to improve them and find solutions. Lastly, we also aim to promote a sense of community and togetherness where the 2SLGBTQ+ community and their allies are able to have a space where they can exist safely and peacefully, whether they are out or not. We plan to achieve this by holding events where the members can interact with each other and learn new information, as well as use our social media presence to post about 2SLGBTQ+ history, achievements, and issues.
