StreetWorks offers Consumption & Treatments Services (CTS). This is a safe place to get information about how to be safe, get connected, and use their substances supervised by harm reduction staff. Paramedics are also onsite to provide immediate intervention in the event of an overdose.

Individuals can come to our CTS for more than just supervised consumption. We also offer naloxone training, basic wound care and referrals to social programming and treatment. We can provide T packs for testosterone injection upon request.

THIS SERVICE IS NON-QUEER, TRANS & LGBTQ SPECIFIC

Teen Health Source is a sexual health information service run for and by youth. You can phone/text/email/chat online with volunteers about things like birth control, STIs, pregnancy, coming out, sexual pleasure, healthy relationships, puberty, and more. Information is provided in a non-judgmental, sex-positive, pro-choice, and inclusive manner.

Are you a teen in Toronto between the ages of 13 to 19? Want to chat with a volunteer about a question or concern you have about your sexual health? Need more info you couldn’t find on our website? We have trained teen volunteers waiting to speak with you live 5 days a week! Most services are anonymous and all are confidential.

Toby’s Place is a weekly drop-in after-school program and safe(r) space for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, ages 13-20, living in Scarborough* and the Greater Toronto Area. Question youth and allied friends are also welcome.

Toby’s Place hosts community dinners, workshops, clothing swaps, gender-affirming haircut nights, and other events. We are open on Mondays, from 3:30pm to 8:30pm, September through July.

Totally Outright Durham is a free series of learning and socializing for GBTQ+ men, non-binary folks, and men who have sex with men, ages 18-29. The learning portion will be focused on developing knowledge in sexual & mental health and important queer topics, like queer history and the role and presences of racism and colonialism in queer communities. The event will also focus on building practical skills, such as mental health exercises, self-esteem building, and more.

The event will include free food & drinks, free transit fare if needed, and participants will receive a thank you gift and a certificate for completing the program.

Our youth groups are safe and affirming support spaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary, queer, questioning, intersex, 2-spirit, pansexual, asexual (2SLGBTQ+) and allied youth. The groups focus on promoting the health, wellbeing, and empowerment of 2SLGBTQ+ youth through social engagement such as games, arts and crafts, and other fun activities. The Youth Outreach program is a dynamic, multi-faceted initiative that is two-tiered in scope. We provide free prevention intervention workshops to educate youth who are at risk of contracting HIV. Focusing on increasing positive sexual health behaviour by emphasizing condom use, communication and consent, the workshops aim to teach youth how to better navigate sexual relationships and drug use activities from a harm reduction perspective. We connect youth to local agencies to assist them with their sexual, mental, emotional and physical needs.
