In 2025 and 2026, YouthLine partnered with the City of Toronto and the Toronto Kiki Ballroom Alliance on a day-long gathering for 2-Spirit, trans, and non-binary youth. The gatherings were held at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2025, and Trinity Community Recreation Centre in 2026.

Kiki Ball
Both in 2025 and 2026, the day closed out with a Kiki Ball by TKBA!
