TransCare+
As a non-profit organization that focuses on 2SLGBTQIA+ health, care, and wellness, TransCare+ works with queer and gender diverse communities, care providers, and researchers to identify, develop, and provide services and resources that meet the needs and desires of queer and gender diverse folks across so-called Canada. TransCare+ unfortunately lost major funding in February 2025, resulting in the heartbreaking and difficult decision to dissolve the organization as of March 2025.
Today, the legacy of TransCare+ continues through this site, lovingly maintained by volunteers. This legacy site stands as a testament to the dedicated work, resilience, and community spirit that defined TransCare+. It remains an enduring resource for education, support, and inspiration for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and allies.
