A coalition working to increase the capacity of Hamilton’s primary healthcare systems to deliver high-quality gender-affirming health care to trans, gender-diverse, and non-binary people who live, learn, work, and play in Hamilton. Offers workshops, networking, and resources for providers and service navigation to assist trans folk in connecting with gender-affirming care and transition-related resources.
