ID Clinic, Halton Community Legal Services

Halton Community Legal Services is a legal clinic that provides free legal assistance to low-income individuals living in Halton. Our ID Clinic offers free support for Trans, Non-Binary, and Queer individuals navigating the process of changing their name and/or gender marker on official Ontario documents. We provide guidance with completing forms, as well as free commissioning. Appointments can be booked by phone or through the “Contact Us” page on our website. Interpreters available by phone, if needed.
