Holding Boundaries and Having Hard Conversations with Chloe
A multilayered conversation on consent including consent amongst friends & more. We’ll learn how to initiate & hold space for hard conversations, as well as what it means to practice self-advocacy.
Creative Writing Re-Imagined with Chloe
In this workshop, we’ll re-define our understanding of creative writing, as well as learning some foundational literary tools. We’ll also discuss our imagination and daydreams as part of our intelligence, and as a way to incorporate visualization into our creative process.
Somatic practices: Feeling our way through with Arti
So often, we try and think our way through hard feelings and we forget that we have a body full of wisdom! In this workshop, we will learn about the brilliance of our nervous systems and practice somatic strategies that help us come home to ourselves.

Boundaries: A place of connection with Arti
How do we set healthy boundaries for ourselves while staying in connection with others? How do we receive other people’s boundaries well? In this workshop, we will examine what boundary setting and receiving feels like in our bodies, and practice communication strategies.

Painting Outside the Lines with Afi
Creativity is a beautiful way to support your mental health. With all that is going on in the world, having healthy outlets to express yourself are so important. In these workshops, we will paint outside the lines, get grounded, explore our emotions and affirm ourselves. No art experience necessary, all materials will be provided
Both the BIPOC and the Trans and Gender Diverse Group will participate in an active listening workshop, which will focus on hands-on tips & tricks of active listening, based on LGBT YouthLine’s very own Active Listening 101 training!
There will be space to practice skills including reflection, validation, and asking questions.
