Free short term individual counselling for Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Nonbinary, Trans, Queer, Intersex, Asexual (plus!) people in the Greater Ottawa area.
Our counsellors are from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and are here to help with: exploring and affirming your gender identity and sexual orientation, gender transition support, and connection to 2SLGBTQIA+ community groups and resources. Support for parents is available as well.
Services are for individuals with limited resources or without private insurance.

Across Boundaries provides equitable and holistic mental health and addictions services and supports for racialized communities within frameworks of anti-racism, combating anti-blackness and anti-oppression. Through our collaboration NorWest CHC and Foria Clinic, we offer both in-person and virtual care options, ensuring accessible, personalized support for all your healthcare needs.

- Emphasize finding joy and discuss skills and strategies for managing gender dissonance, overcoming transition challenges, and maintaining mental health
- Provide reliable, up-to-date education and information about gender identity and expression

- Provide space to find emotional support regarding gender identity and share possibilities for fostering community and connection

Ace and Aro Space, Kind Space
Join us for thoughtful discussions and recreational activities centering Ace/Aro folks in the Ottawa Community every 1st Thursday of the month at 7PM!; and the 3rd Saturday of each month at 2PM! This in-person group is open to anyone who identifies under the asexual or aromantic umbrellas (including grey, demi, quoi, alloaro, etc). So even if you are new to the community, or have been waiting to meet and chill with other Ace/Aro folks for a while, this space is open for you. Each month we will have a loose theme or event to bring us together, so stay tuned to social media! This group is for those ages 18+
