This group provides a safe space for youth aged 12 to 25 to connect with other youth of the LGBT2SQ+ community on a monthly basis. Hosted by our Peer Support Workers assisted by a partner clinician, youth can enjoy games, activities and a place to hang out. Call 613-577-7216 to register.

HIV/AIDS Counselling Program — short and long term counselling for individuals, couples and families living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, particularly gay and bisexual men, and men who have sex with men (MSM) * issues include dealing with loss, relationships, self esteem, trauma, self care, planning for healthy living, changing health status and impact on sexuality
2STNB+ Connect Peer Support Group — virtual peer support group which welcomes youth (age 16-29) across the gender identity spectrum to meet and connect with others in their community, explore their identities, and create meaningful relationships. The group provides a friendly and non-judgemental space for 2STNB+ youth at all different stages on their gender journey to socialize and discuss a wide range of issues; from social and medical transition, to family, to school, as well as to share interests.

Our weekly drop in is an all-inclusive safer space for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and allies. We regularly host guests from our local queer community and beyond. Distress Centres of Greater Toronto
NOT A 2SLGBTQ+ SPECIFIC RESOURCE
Our 408-HELP (4357) line provides telephone support to individuals in the community who are at risk and their most vulnerable. Highly-trained volunteer responders (with the support of professional staff) connect with callers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our team provides callers with emotional support and crisis intervention when they are socially isolated, marginalized, struggling with chronic mental health problems, in distress, attempting to navigate family violence or in need of emergency response or suicide prevention + intervention + postvention.
Our 408-HELP (4357) line provides:

We Have Got You
The Touching Base Program is a predominantly short term support program for individuals over 16 who live in Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon and surrounding areas. Volunteers provide registered participants with medication reminders, safety check-ins, or emotional support through friendly social calls.
