North Simcoe Youth Wellness Hub

The North Simcoe Youth Wellness Hub offers a wide range of services to youth age 12-25 at the right time and in the right place.
Our services are offered both in-person and virtually, are easy to access, and are offered with little to no wait times as we aim to be as low barrier as possible.

Services include:

  • 2SLGBTQ+ Services (Provided through our partners at the Gilbert Centre)
  • Mental Health Services
  • Substance Use Services
  • Peer Support Services
  • Primary Care – Physical Health Services
  • Education Services
  • Employment Services
  • Support for youth with special needs
  • Housing Supports
  • Variety of workshops and cultural teachings

Additionally serving Tay Township, Tiny Township and Beausoleil Island

Other Access Info:
Food is available for youth in need however with COVID restrictions food/drink is currently not allowed to be consumed in the youth space. We also have a program available for youth with food insecurities to access a monthly bag of food to take home monthly.
